Carpathian--Culinary

Hot and spicy Rocambole with easy to peel cloves.  
 
Produces 8-9 easy to peal cloves per bulb.  8-10 bulbs per pound.
Taste:  Rich flavor, hot and strong, spicy.  Good pickling capability.  
Physical description:  Very easy to peel cloves
History:  From the Carpathian Mountains of same name in Southwest Poland.  Sometimes called Polish Carpathian.
Storage:  Average 3-6 month in good conditions (dry, cool and well ventilated)
Culinary or tablestock garlic bulbs are 1 - 2 inches
