Garlic Scapes

Garlic scapes are available for a limited time so order now.   Harvesting has begun!  Orders will be sent in the order they are received.  Sold by the bundle/generous pound.
There are approximately 25-40 scapes per pound.  Some have said they store scapes in the refrigerator from 2-4 weeks.  Ours don't seem to last that long. 
Garlic scapes are delicious cut up in salads, in  stir fry, in the oven like you'd do asparagus sprayed with olive oil and sprinkling of Parmesan, or pickled.  Our favorite is pesto.  It is delicious on pizza, eggs, cheesy bread, various meats, etc...  To enjoy year long we recommend freezing the scapes or prepared pesto.
