Garlic Scapes

Garlic scapes are available for a limited time so order now.   Harvesting will begin mid to late May and continue thru first of July.  Orders will be sent in the order they are received.  Sold by the pound.
There are approximately 40 scapes per pound.  Some have said they store scapes in the refrigerator from 2-4 weeks.  Ours don't seem to last that long. 
Garlic scapes are delicious stir fried or pickled.  Our favorite is pesto.  It is delicious on pizza, eggs, cheesy bread, various meats, etc...  To enjoy year long we recommend freezing the scapes or prepared pesto.
