Inchelium Red--Seed

We are a small family farm and process all orders by hand, checking for quality before shipping.  We want you to be delighted with our garlic.  But damage can occur so here are the what if's.

Since garlic is wrapped in its own natural paper package it is impossible to detect hidden damage until its opened.  We stand behind our garlic so, if you are unhappy with the quality of your seed garlic please let us know.  We will be happy to replace or refund damaged garlic within 10 days as long as the garlic has not been planted or separated.  Just send us a picture of the damage.

If garlic arrives damaged by the delivery carrier please call us immediately and take a picture of the damage.  If damage is caused by delivery we will replace your order at no charge.

When planting our garlic we cannot absolutely guarantee our seed will perform well for you.  There are too many variables in soil preparation and care, watering, time or planting, and climate, etc.  We will NOT refund or replace after garlic seed has been planted or separated-no exceptions.  We assume no liability for freezing damage to garlic shipped after November 15th nor for any damage after you plant. 

Again we are a family farm that loves garlic as much as you and try to keep these policies as straightforward as possible so you can buy with confidence.

 Because shipping costs have rose steadily most packages are shipped USPS.  Larger orders will ship vis UPS.  We choose the most cost effective shipping when your order is processed.  You will receive tracking numbers once the package ships.

All orders will be shipped in the order in which they are received beginning mid to late May for Garlic Scapes and late July for all other garlic .  Please note Seed Garlic varieties will begin shipping mid September.  Preorders are being processed now but will not ship until dates listed above.

Please note, because garlic is an agricultural product we cannot guarantee all orders.  We do our best by testing and checking for damage but cannot control all variables.  We stand behind our garlic and will not ship an order that does not meet our standards just to make a sale.  In the rare event that we cannot fulfill you order we will contact you with a replacement if available or refund your order.
